Job Summary
One of my clients is seeking a visionary and technically accomplished Senior Technology Officer to lead the strategic direction and execution of advanced technology initiatives across
electrical, RF, and communication systems. This executive role is central to driving innovation,
overseeing complex engineering programs, and ensuring the successful deployment of
next-generation defense and aerospace technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company’s technical vision and roadmap for electrical, electronics, RF, and communication technologies.
- Drive innovation and R&D; initiatives to develop cutting-edge technologies that enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Direct the design and development of high-performance electronic systems, including:
- FPGA-based architectures
- Power electronics
- Imaging and optical electronics
- Embedded software platforms
- Oversee PCB design, high-speed signal routing, and hardware prototyping for advanced systems.
- Lead the architecture and integration of complex electrical and RF systems, including antennas, RF circuits, power management, and communication systems.
- Guide FPGA design and implementation using VHDL/Verilog for high-speed data processing.
- Drive embedded software development for real-time applications on ARM, DSP, and microcontroller platforms.
- Lead the development of electromagnetic systems for defense, UAVs, and communication platforms.
- Design and optimize power electronics systems, including converters, inverters, and power distribution units.
- Develop imaging electronics for advanced optical systems, ensuring seamless sensor integration.
- Direct advanced electromagnetic simulations, RF link budgeting, and antenna design.
- Provide technical oversight to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and executive-level decision-making.
- Monitor emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in RF, electromagnetism, and advanced electronics.
