REVENUE STRATEGY DIRECTOR (TERRITORIES & QUOTAS)
Pareto is hiring experienced Director, Revenue Strategy (Territories & Quotas) professionals to collaborate with a leading AI lab on a groundbreaking project. The focus is on creating high-fidelity computer-use exercises that capture real Sales & Marketing Leadership workflows—complete with starting context, step-by-step actions, decision points, and final deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the design and governance of territories and quotas that align capacity to growth targets across enterprise, mid‑market, and SMB.
• Deliver a FY plan translating corporate ARR target into segment/region/rep quotas with clear coverage ratios.
• Implement exception policy and mid‑year change control, cutting ad‑hoc adjustments by 25%.
• Produce a Looker suite for TAM, rep capacity, and attainment trend analysis.
• Define a quarterly rebalance process that limits account moves to <5% of total.
• Own segmentation, capacity planning, quota methodology, and territory rules; run scenario modeling with Finance; partner with Sales Ops on assignment automation; communicate quota rationale to field leadership.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing Leadership or closely related field
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Looker, and Xactly Incent
• English fluency (native or near-native proficiency required)
• Strong technical aptitude—STEM degree, data science background, or demonstrated skills in SQL, scripting, spreadsheets, or version control
• Exceptional written communication—ability to transform implicit expertise into explicit, reproducible instructions
• Tool proficiency with standard Sales & Marketing Leadership software and platforms—please specify these in your application
PROJECT TIMELINE
• Pilot phase: 1-week paid pilot to demonstrate capabilities
• Extended engagement: Successful pilots lead to 2-month contracts with potential for extension or full-time opportunities
COMPENSATION & CONTRACT
• Hourly rate: USD $115/hr USD
• Employment type: Independent contractor to Pareto
• Geographic flexibility: Remote work from anywhere;
• Visa requirements: We cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates
